El Pinar is a delightful community, situated only a short stroll from the center of the resort yet enjoying the peace and quiet of its hilltop location. The apartments are clustered on different levels around the community pool and the entrances and community areas are typically Spanish, with tiled floors and internal courtyards.

The first floor apartment is set over two floors and can be accessed via a flight of stairs or a lift and sits elevated, offering stunning views from the large terrace of the golf courses and down to the Mar Menor.

On the ground floor is the main living area with a spacious lounge/diner, kitchen, en suite bedroom and a second bedroom and family bathroom. The lounge and bedrooms lead out onto a large terrace with a built in barbeque and great views.

On the lower floor is a third bedroom and bathroom and a large open area which would be deal as a cinema room/games room etc
